All items are made to order. Because of this, we only accept refunds or replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Misprints or production errors
- Wrong item received
To request a replacement, send a picture of the issue to support@littyverse.com within 7 days of delivery.
We do not refund:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size ordered
- Minor color/print variations
